[1] Open a New Document of 1280 x 1024 Pixels with 3c0101 color background or any color you want.

[2] Now Download ‘Defused’ Font,you can easily get it from google.

[3] Add Text With this Font

[4] Before Opening Blending Options,Save these two Patterns

[5] Open Blending Options and Set its Given Settings.

Now Your Crumbled Gold Text is Almost Ready

[6] Now Create a new layer under the text layer and fill it with black and Goto>Filter>Render>Fibrers and set these values

you will have something like this

[7] Now Change this layer’s Style to Overlay as shown

[8] Now Goto>Filter>Rener>Lighting Effects and set these Values

its Done..!!!
