Premium PSD

[1] Create a New document, create a new layer, make a selection and fill with black color.

[2] Now open Blending Options of this layer and set these settings.

Now you have something like that

[3] Now create a new layer and make a rectangle and fill it with white

[4] No make another selection on top as shown and press Delete

[5] Repeat this step at bottom as shown

now you have somthing like that

[6] Open its blending options and set these settings

Now you have something like that

[7] Now make another selection with Polygonal Lasso Tool on a new layer

[8] Fill it with Orange or whatever you like

[9] Make another Selection with the help of Polygonal Lasso Tool on a new layer and fill it with black.

[10] Now Lower its opacity to 6%

[11] Now Duplicate the Previous layer and fill it with White as shown

[12] Make a selection and press delete

[13] Now lower this layer’s opacity to 25%

[14] its almost Done now merge all layers and then duplicate to make more buttons as shown

[15] Add Some Icons And Text and Your Stylish Navigations bar is ready…!!!
